  • How will my order be shipped?

  • How is the shipping charged?
Pricing is based on the size and weight of the package. Shipping charges are displayed in the cart at checkout.
International shipments will be subject to applicable customs, tariffs, duties, and any required taxes (i.e., VAT). These costs will be your responsibility and are not included in our shipping charges. You may be charged these additional costs upon delivery. 



  • How long does delivery take?
We try our very best to despatch orders within 48 hours once the order has been placed and paid.
Orders are only processed Monday-Friday and will not be processed on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed after 12pm local time will not be processed that day.
Shipping time vary by location but we aim to deliver most orders within 2-7 days from the date of despatch.
Orders placed using S.F. Express or FedEx for international orders, delivery may take an extra 1-2 days to ship due to abnormal volume, but this is the exception, and not the norm. 

  • Can I track my order?

Yes, we ship all orders using S.F. Express or FedEx. Once your order has been despatched you will receive your tracking number by email and you can track your order on S.F. Express or FedEx website.

  • Can I change my order?

In our attempt to process and ship your order as fast as possible, in most cases orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they are placed. If you need to changed the placed items, please contact us at +852 2388 0213 / +852 2651 3338.
